The family of Renee Good is suing the Trump administration over her fatal shooting at the hands of an immigration agent.
Ms Good was one of two people shot dead during a mass immigration sweep in the US city of Minneapolis, that intensified opposition to Donald Trump's migration policies.
None of the agents involved have yet faced any charges.
The family of Renee Good, one of two US citizens fatally shot by US immigration agents in Minneapolis in January, is suing US President Donald Trump's administration over her killing during deportation sweeps.
Ms Good, 37, was shot dead in her car by a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent on January 7, when she and her wife joined one of the city's daily protests against masked and armed federal agents deployed to Minnesota to arrest migrants for deportation.
The two lawsuits say Trump administration officials were negligent and violated the civil rights of Ms Good and others in Minneapolis, demanding a jury trial and damages.

"I'm here today because last January the whole world had to watch as our entire universe was destroyed," Ms Good's partner Becca Good told a press conference.
