Singer Lola Young says vaping has made breathing feel like a 'chore'

Singer Lola Young has said her breathing feels like a "chore" due to the effects of vaping.
In a TikTok video, , external the Grammy winner told her followers her lungs feel "battery powered".
The 25-year-old has previously acknowledged in videos she "should quit", but suggested in her latest post that is unlikely to happen any time soon.
Vocal coach Lizzii Hills has told BBC Newsbeat vaping is "not advised" for artists and that difficulty breathing can affect a singer's voice and performance.
"Somebody once said to me, 'Lola there will be a day when you wake up, you'll be 25 or 26, from a deep sleep, and you'll start to feel the effects of vaping'," the Messy singer said in her post.
"You know what I said? I said 'nah' and rolled my eyes.
"But let me tell you something, the day has come."
Last month, The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) linked vaping to higher rates of breathing problems after reviewing more than 80 studies.
